Distraction and Decompression
Chiropractic distraction/decompression therapy seeks to relieve your pain and improve your spinal function by gently stretching and separating the vertebrae, which reduces pressure on your nerves and discs.
Infant CranialSacral Therapy
Infant CranialSacral Therapy can help reduce or eliminate the effects of birth stress on an infant and help ensure good health for thriving babies. Throughout childhood, occasional adjustments can help maintain proper spinal and joint motion.
Graston Technique
The Graston Technique treats soft tissue conditions by using instruments to mobilize and manipulate the musculoskeletal system. It’s effective for managing pain, stiffness, and mobility restrictions and can help break down scar tissue and adhesions.
FAKTR
FAKTR uses different techniques and movement protocols to create a treatment plan unique to the problem, injury, and patient. The underlying philosophy uses muscle movements, exercises, and treatments to restore mobility and reduce pain.
Sports Therapy
Chiropractic care can help all types of athletes: student athletes, semi-professional and professional athletes, and weekend warriors feel better and improve performance. With my background in sport and exercise science, and my experiences as an athlete, let me help you feel better.
Gentle Techniques
Not every patient can tolerate traditional chiropractic manipulation, or has other reasons why more traditional chiropractic adjustments are uncomfortable. They might need more gentle techniques. I believe in using a combination of therapies to help alleviate patient pain and increasing function.
Orthotics
Our feet are important to our overall health; if your feet hurt, you know your body hurts. Many people wear orthotics to give their feet, ankles and knees better support. I work with MojoFeet, a local orthotics maker, to ensure you have the correct orthotics for your feet.
Meet Dr. Scott Dillon, DC
I’m Dr. Scott Dillon of Core Mountain Chiropractic Clinic, and helping my patients feel better is my goal. To do this, I get to know each person, including why they need care. During our first consultation, we talk about their pain, and I assess their mobility. This allows me to create an action plan designed to help them feel healthy again.
Core Mountain Chiropractic Clinic is different; there are no costly or lengthy care plans, and I want all my patients to feel heard and understood. Additionally, I believe in carefully explaining both the condition I’m going to treat and my treatment plan. I listen to my patients and take time to answer all questions.
